Quality Inn & Suites Gatlinburg North

Loved the spacious room with a lovely balcony and a cozy fireplace. Our little fur baby was overjoyed with the pet-friendly vibe. The soft bed had us snoozing like royalty!

Oh, and the fireplace? Just a decorative piece!

It was fine time in Gatlinburg.

The room was welcoming, the bed was comfortable.

I enjoyed a spacious room with a cozy fireplace and balcony. The amenities included a fridge and free Wi-Fi for convenience. Breakfast offered a nice variety of options to start the day. The location is just a short walk to attractions. A pleasant experience 😊

The room was so spacious, it seemed like I was checked into a small apartment rather than a hotel! The wrap-around balcony provided a beautiful view, and sitting by the gas fireplace. The staff was friendlier than a golden retriever at a dog park.

Outdated decor

So glad we choose it, it's enjoyable base for staying in Gatlinburg. Location near to hiking and the downtown area and the center.

Neat room and a large bathroom.

Besides, the location was favourable for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of Marketplace. The hotel was in a nice enough area. We had an updated room with balcony. There were a microwave and a refrigerator in the room too.

Some people working there were very rude.

All in all, it was incredible base for traveling to Gatlinburg.

The fireplace in the room, the place is accessible, they offer breakfast and there is a station near the entrance to take the trolley to tour the village.

surroundings need some attention, namely the decorative fountains, gardens and parking lot. maids made the room daily, cleaning the bathroom, with clean towels and essential accessories; however more detail is needed in cleaning the floors, corners and under the seat cushion.

A little more attention to cleanliness wouldn't hurt!!! It would be nice if the hallways had some fresh scent or better lighting!!!

I did not like the treatment of the staff Reception, did not explain us there was breakfast, we were a group of 5 rooms and I was given floor 7 and others on floor 3 very unkind.

I loved lounging by the clean, inviting pool on sunny afternoons! The spacious room had a cozy fireplace that turned the chilly nights into warm, snuggly experiences. Plus, the included breakfast had so many delicious options that fueled all our adventures beautifully!
